Meggitt Awarded $5.4 Million Training Systems Upgrade

Meggitt Training Systems (MTS) has won a contract worth approximately $5.4 million from the US Army National Guard (ARNG) to continue upgrading its virtual small-arms training program. The ARNG will purchase new weapon simulators ranging from M9 pistols to MK19 grenade launchers. Deliveries begin March 2010.

School officials, the mayor and members of the police department gathered for a ceremony to celebrate the delivery and installation of the sign.
