Top PCP Distributor In D.C. Gets Life Sentence

Lonnell Glover, 48, was sentenced to life imprisonment for his role as leader of a Phencyclidine (PCP) and heroin distribution organization in the District of Columbia and Maryland. With two years of investigation, the FBI revealed that Glover was one of the largest regional suppliers of PCP and heroin in the area.

Sgt. Stephen Blinn, a 24-year department veteran, struggled with his girlfriend during a physical altercation during which he fired his Glock .40-caliber service pistol in the vehicle. Blinn didn't point the weapon at his girlfriend, who grabbed it and tossed it out of the cruiser.

Ga. Police Dog Dies from Overheating During Pursuit

The dog, Aaros, and his handler were chasing burglary suspects in a wooded area Tuesday afternoon. Aaros collapsed and lost consciousness. He died on the way to the vet's office.
