Murder Suspect Killed in N.C. Courthouse by Officers

An inmate who got into a scuffle with law enforcement officers in a courtroom in Northampton County was shot and killed by authorities after the inmate allegedly took a gun from a deputy and shot him, authorities said. The inmate had been transported from Raleigh for a court hearing.
