Man Dragged Pa. Officer 150 Feet with Jeep

The officer fired and struck Ernest Bryant Matthews, 22, on Friday, after he accelerated away from the officer at 11 p.m. Friday. Two York officers noticed what they believed was a drug transaction occurring in the Jeep, reports Public Opinion Online.
