The War on Drugs: Where Are We?
The answer to the drug problem lies in a variety of factors. Education is one. Good parenting is another. Also, while drug abuse is stupid, romanticizing its use through popular culture is more so. Finally, let's not be afraid to pass judgment.

Drug Interdiction for Patrol
You can't single-handedly win the "War on Drugs" as a patrol officer, but keen eyes and attention to detail on traffic stops can make an impact. A simple traffic stop could very well lead to a disruption in a drug supply line.

War on Cops is War on All Americans
In my view, there is nothing more dangerous than a cop killer. The criminal, terrorist or political activist who is willing to take on an armed police officer and murder him or her will not hesitate to kill anyone, anytime, anywhere. A cop killer is a total outlaw and a true menace to all of us.

The Border War With Mexican Cartels
The word "war" is not just hyperbole; it correctly describes what is going on. It's estimated that the violence—kidnapping and murder—has driven 400,000 locals out of the Juarez area with an estimated 30,000 fleeing to El Paso and beyond. The Aryan Brotherhood—The Dogs of War (Part 1 of 2)
Like the dangerous Presa Carnario dogs that are loved by the Aryan Brotherhood, and which have for centuries been bred as fighting dogs, some men don't do well caged with others. Some require their handlers to cage them individually, as they are dangerous even when confined with their own breed. Mad dogs and mad men must be isolated from others, or put down.
