Bullard Tacsight Utility Block Attachment

Bullard’s new Utility Block attachment for its Tacsight thermal imager allows expanded camera capabilities. The tool attaches easily to the camera for fixed-position surveillance over extended periods of time. Tacsight is also outfitted with a standard tripod thread, allowing for pole or tripod mounting with the Utility Block. The attachment comes with power-in and power-out connections for extended operation, and extra recording or transmitting devices can also be powered through it.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled that thermal imaging to record the amount of heat emanating from a house, a police practice to help detect illegal drugs, represents a search covered by constitutional privacy protections.
