The Stun-Cuff Magnum is designed to be worn by persons under arrest, prisoners during transports or trials, or persons under the influence of drugs and alcohol. The Stun-Cuff Magnum is a palm-sized device that locks using a standard handcuff key. It can be worn on the wrist or ankle.
