Little Jack Stieb lost his grandmother to cancer and his aunt to cerebral palsy earlier this year, and then lost his home to wildfires that consumed the town of Paradise. Officers with the Roseville (CA) Police Department learned about the boy's hardship and decided to deliver to him a miniature patrol car, and show him around the department for a day.
