In addition his spleen was removed, and he battled internal bleeding, pneumonia, vision loss, fever, and infection. He was released from the hospital in February. More Here.

Baltimore City Police Capt. Eric Kowalczyk said nearly 100 officers have been injured since the violence started Monday. Police said that of the 98 officers injured, 43 required emergency treatment at a hospital, 13 have been unable to return to work and another 15 are on limited duty.
