NOBLE and StreetCred Software Announce Partnership to Provide Data on Deadly Police Incidents
StreetCred Software Inc. and The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE) have announced a partnership aimed at providing evidence-based data reports that will reveal the numbers of unarmed civilians killed in confrontations with police. The aim of these studies will be to bring clarity and accuracy to the dialogue.

Second Man Arrested in MO Officer's Death, Accused of Tampering with Evidence
William Noble, 35, was charged Thursday with felony tampering with evidence. He is accused of buying the rifle that investigators believe Ian McCarthy, 39, used in the killing of Clinton, MO, police Officer Gary Michael on Sunday.
