Thieves made off with two new graffiti-resistant murals just before they were scheduled to be unveiled along Hollywood (101) Freeway bridges. The railing above the mural was used so the thieves could roll them up and walk off with them, police believe.

Seattle PD's Homeless Parody
Seattle PD's Assistant Chief Jim Pugel apologized for appearing in a 1986 police training video mocking homlessness.
