Minnesota Trooper Named NLEOMF Officer of the Month

Trooper Frederick Guthrie, 46, likely drowned Monday afternoon in Holt County. His patrol vehicle was found at the junction of Missouri 118 and Missouri 111. His K-9, Reed, has not been located.
