SHOT Show 2019: Action Target Safety Award Presented to Glock
The Action Target Safety Award was created to acknowledge the Industry Day at the Range exhibitor that fostered the highest level of firearms safety during the shooting event. Safety auditors judged each of the shooting exhibitors. The score was determined by basic safety criteria such as providing hearing and eye protection, control of ammo, and safe handling of firearms on the firing line.

House Bill Would Expand LEOSA Carry Rights
The Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) Reform Act (H.R. 1210) would allow active and retired law enforcement officials to carry firearms on state, local, and private property otherwise open to the public. It would also allow them to carry firearms in national parks. Further, the bill would allow them to carry in Gun Free School Zones.
