Denver PD has settled a lawsuit stemming from the rough arrest in April 2009 of a 24-year-old man outside a city nightclub. An independent monitor sided with the man's claim that officers used excessive force. The video is an ABC News report that includes interviews with the two men on Good Morning America.

When the Cincinnati Police Department decided to equip all of its patrol officers with X26 Tasers, department brass had to establish policy for use of the conductive weapons.
