Officer David Blake, 45, was found Nov. 22 dead with multiple gunshot wounds inside his SUV in the 2900 block of West Seipp Street, several miles from his home. A cigarette was dangling from his mouth. The vehicle's windows were up, suggesting the shots were fired from inside, several sources have told the Tribune.
