The Brian A. Terry Memorial Act (HR 2668) will honor the service and sacrifice of fallen Border Patrol Agent Terry, who died in a gunfight with smugglers at the border on Dec. 15, 2010. If the bill passes, the Border Patrol station in Bisbee, Ariz., will be renamed to honor the memory of agent Terry. Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), chairman of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, introduced the bill in the House on July 27.
