New Law to Add Immigration Duties for Arizona Cops
A new Arizona law allows the state to charge a person with felony human smuggling, formerly only a federal charge. Now Arizona law enforcement officers will be expected to take over some of the duties reserved for federal officers in the past, without any additional funding for local law enforcement.

Bilingual DHS Agent Catches Man Wanted for Murder
Special Agent Patrick Simpson of the Department of Homeland Security was instrumental in helping members of a DHS task force apprehend a fugitive wanted for double homicide. The fact that he spoke Spanish allowed him to locate the suspect, apprehend him, and then elicit a confession.

3 Arkansas Officers Named NLEOMF March 2020 Officers of the Month
After following the suspect into a darkened alley adjacent to the police station, they encountered the suspect who was armed with a 9mm semi-automatic handgun. Officer Eucce and Corporal Floyd fired their weapons, striking the suspect multiple times.
