Chicago Police Take Down Two West-Side Gangs

Chicago Police officers have arrested 45 gang members on the city's West Side in a joint city-federal operation, recovering $1.6 million in narcotics and eight firearms. The operation targeted the most violent members of the Traveling Vice Lords and Four Corner Hustlers.

14 Agencies Purchase Spillman Software In First Quarter

Fourteen public safety agencies purchased software from Spillman Technologies for the first time during the first quarter of 2011, bringing the total number of Spillman customers to more than 900 public safety agencies in 35 states nationwide.
