Some jurisdictions allow a defendant in court to plead guilty to reckless driving when the origanal charge was a DUI. On a criminal history, when you see a person charged with DUI, but the resulting conviction was reckless driving, it's referred to a a wet reckless, wet referring to the alcohol. It allows defendants to keep a DUI conviction off their records and saves court time.
