RODNEY KING

1. RODNEY KING
3 up, 0 down
After the high profile case named after the California citizen involved in the arrest, it became a verb, meaning "To use excessive force, especially against a black person."

If I tried to arrest a black person, for any reason, the arrestee and by-standers would often shout, "You're just gonna take him out and do a Rodney King on him."

Uhh, I guess that's a verb. Maybe an adverb.
