It means: Da ran mi (down, before I could) Rize (up) .. I have Never..Never.. been Mirandarized!!! However they stop you..( no probable cause).. They ask many questions, and threaten you if you don't answer!. I know what it's supposed to mean. But it just don't happen to certain people or neighbor hoods!!! I know this answere will probably be deleted.. :/
