A vehicle stop that immediately turns into a foot pursuit. This is often acceptable radio jargon:
Officer:"B21 Vehicle Stop"
Officer: "California ABC123 at the intersection of Meade and 1st"
Officer: "B21, leg bail NB 1st, WMA, [physical description]"
Dispatch announces emergency traffic only, foot pursuit, etc.
