An arrestee suddenly dropping to the ground and faking a seizure, playing the system by knowing that the arresting officer will have to take the suspect to the county hospital to get medical clearance prior to booking. Very common with transients who know that by going to the hospital first, they will get decent treatment by nurses for several hours, maybe including a free meal, prior to getting booked.

"This drunk in public arrest took me 8 hours to complete because as soon as I went hands-on, the suspect dropped and started doing the funky chicken, so I had to take him for med clearance."
