Dallas Officer In Charge of Crime Stoppers Arrested

A 26-year Dallas Police veteran was arrested Wednesday after a months-long investigation connected her to missing funds in the popular cash-for-tips Crime Stoppers program, reports the Dallas Morning News.
Senior Cpl. Theadora Ross, who has managed the program since 2003, is expected to face conspiracy to commit fraud charges. Authorities said thousands of dollars in reward funds were discovered to be missing.
