Wisconsin Woman Stripped and Spit At Female Officer During Arrest

A Sheboygan, Wisc., woman will serve six months for a bizarre day that began with a beef-jerky theft and ended with an arrest that involved her stripping in front of her children, kicking one officer in the groin and spitting into the mouth of another officer, the Sheboygan Press reports.

Officers responded to the home of 36-year-old Julia Laack on Oct. 8, after a video surveillance camera captured her stealing beef jerky in a convenience store.

Laack told officers she could not be arrested naked and proceeded to undress. She then kicked on officer while being handcuffed and spit into the mouth of a female officer who re-dressed her, even though officers used a spit hood.
