Slain Female Officer Remembered as Stickler for Officer Safety

Before joining the Lakewood (Wash.) Police Department, Tina Griswold earned a reputation as a hard-charging, well-liked officer in Lacey who never let things slide when it came to officer safety.
Griswold, 40, was among four Lakewood officers slain early Sunday while working on their laptops at a coffee shop near McChord Air Force Base. She still lived in the Lacey area and is survived by her husband and two children.
