Hostage Negotiators Gather for Conference

The 2003 Conference for the Western States Hostage Negotiators' Association will be held May 20-23 in Yakima, Washington. The Yakima Police Department and the Central Washington University Police Department will host the event.

Scheduled speakers include Dr. Wayman Mullins, Professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at Southwest Texas State University; therapist Ron Sherman; John A. Ferraro, South Carolina Department of Corrections; Sgt. Chris Haden, with Edmonton, Canada, Police Service; and FBI Special Agent Dave Hallman.
