The Karbon MPID (multi-purpose immobilization device) is an electronic control device with a 22-foot range that operates in projectile and contact modes. In designing the device, Karbon employed uni-body construction. Other features include cartridge eject arms for quick cartridge ejection, use of cost efficient off-the-shelf-batteries, and a recessed cartridge to prevent accidental dislodgement.
