Leightning Powered by ProEars, a new ear protection device from Howard Leight Hearing Protection, compresses loud noises to safe levels. This electronic hearing protection device works by compressing sound with DSC (Dynamic Sound Compression) to within 72 decibels, so every sound is heard with clarity and no distortion. Other features offered by ProEars include: an attack time (actual time for sound to be heard by the user) of two milliseconds, cups to protect users' hearing, independent volume control on each cup for directional sound and a one-year warranty.
