June 21, 2016  |

Bear & Son Cutlery has released a new rescue knife, the Remington R11517, which is designed to deliver safety and rescue benefits in one life-saving tool.

Featuring 440 stainless steel blades, the R11517 measures 3 inches long and weighs 4.6 ounces. It has an open length of 7 3/8 inches and closed length of 4 1/2 inches.

Its skeletonized textured handle provides a sure grip for extreme use, glass breaker on the handle can shatter a windor in one strike, and seat belt cutter hook blade makes it possible to slice a seat belt in half without cutting the crash victim. The R11517 can also be used for treestand safety or other harness-related activities.

The assisted open rescue knife gives confidence when protecting and saving lives. It can also be carried for everyday lifestyles.
