Safariland has introduced a concealement holster that gives the impression it's a wallet rather than a holster.
The Model 22 Wallet Profile Holster arrives with extra-thin construction and a square backing on the holster. Its sewn hinge design allows the backing to swing away from the holster so it will not impede its user from securing a firing grip on the handgun when drawing.
The Model 22 uses SafariLaminate construction to stay open to ease drawing and re-holstering. the holster also features a moisture-proof membrane that prevents perspiration from penetrating the holster and collecting on the gun, and a suede finish on the outside of the holster that grips clothing to minimize movement in the pocket.
The Model 22 fits small semiautomatic firearms from Kahr, Ruger and S&W. It is available in a black suede leather finish and retails for $37.

I believe there is enough space - between the edge and the trigger guard - to include a spare magazine carrier. Out-of-the-pocket draws are not intended to be fast, but "stealthy". So, it will not be a hindrance to the draw and it is ALWAYS nice to have some extra ammo available. My on-the-street concealment holster is a TUFF with a spare magazine carrier.
