Ares Defense Introduces Shrike 5.56 Upper Receiver

Ares Defense has released a lightweight upper receiver for AR-tyle rifles called the Shrike 5.56 Advanced Weapons System.
This upper receiver is designed to fit any M16/AR-15/M4-type lower receiver. It features a dual-feed system that allows users to change from one to the other in a matter of seconds.
The Shrike 5.56 "provides the power of a SAW at nearly half the weight," according to a company release.
