Glock Inc. donated $100,000 to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (SOWF), during the Special Operations Forces Industry Conference (SOFIC) this week in Tampa, Fla., the company announced.
The company hosted a ceremony on Wednesday (May 18) at Glock's exhibit booth (#404).
The donation marks Glock's sixth consecutive year donating to SOWF, a non-profit organization providing college scholarships to the surviving children of Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps special operations personnel killed in combat or training.
The company also raffled off a Glock Tactical Light (GTL 21) and featured an appearance by Josh Dorsey, a vice president and former Marine.
