NYPD, Clergy Purchase Guns In Brooklyn

The NYPD partnered with Brooklyn clergy to purchase 174 firearms in a six-hour period during its Cash for Guns event.
During the Sunday event, the Coalition to Reduce Violent Crime handed out $200 gift cards to purchase the firearms, reports the New York Daily News.
