5.11 Tactical ThumbDrive Level 2 Holster, which was unveiled at SHOT Show, will be available in April, according to the company.
The reinforced ThumbDrive Holster includes an exclusive thumb-activated release that secures a duty weapon and provides an extra level of officer security.
5.11's Chop-Block included attachment helps prevent others from accessing your firearm. Similar to a custom holster in appearance, feel and fit, 5.11's ThumbDrive Holster is built for years of dependable performance and features a special slick-surface polymer that won't wear the finish of a duty pistol.
The proprietary polymer retains its shape in temperatures above 300-degrees Fahrenheit, yet remains stable in low temperatures and offers superior impact strength. The ThumbDrive Holster is priced from $49.99 and includes a belt slide (fits up to 2.25 inches) and paddle.
The Drop and Off-Set Kit ($14.99) is also available. The ThumbDrive Holster is available this spring in right- and left-handed versions for the Glock 17/22, 19/23 and 34/35, with more styles to follow in the fall.
The holster is engineered for speed and safety by Blade-Tech and has been field-tested by Viking Tactics. Watch a video demo of the ThumbDrive holster.
