Cross-Continent Drive to Raise Awareness of Fallen Officers, Police Week

May 03, 2007  |

The TASER Foundation for Fallen Officers and 24/7 Cop2Cop News are participating in the inaugural "Drive to Remember" in which a specially wrapped Hummer H3 called "Guardian One" will tour from Vancouver, B.C., south to Los Angeles, Calif., then east to Washington, D.C., to raise awareness about officers killed in the line of duty.

On May 5, 2007 the Drive to Remember will stop at the main entrance to Chase Field in Phoenix, Ariz., from 3:30-6:40 p.m. prior to the Arizona Diamondbacks game against the New York Mets.

The public is invited to visit Guardian One to sign banners for presentation to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Washington, DC on May 12, 2007 as part of the activities for National Police Week.

For further information on the Drive to Remember, contact Det. Tod Catchpole with Guardian One at cell: 602-384-8416 or visit www.drive2remember.org.
