Law Enforcement Cracking Down on DUIs

Bolstered by additional money and new equipment, state and local law enforcement officials in Montana are stepping up their efforts to crack down on drunken drivers across the state over an 18-day period that starts Friday and ends Labor Day.
The Montana Highway Patrol, joined by local sheriffs and police officers, will be participating in their annual “Labor Day Law Enforcement Mobilization’’ from Friday through Sept. 4. The national theme is: “Drunk driving: over the limit. Under arrest.”
