Stupid waste of $ and time. Tax payers will have to pay to repaint it! Seriously if anyone is not familiar and "aware" of breast cancer by now, this certainly wont help. This is just BS. A waste of a good police vehicle, no officer other then a community action relations officer would be caught dead in it and it has zero tactical value. What a joke.
