PO Rosario @ 9/21/2011 8:35 AM

Rest in Peace Trooper Toney, prayers to your fellow troopers and your family.

It is unbelievable that yet so many Law Enforcement collisions still end in explosions and fires needlessly. The "modifications" supposedly performed on many of the patrol vehicles is still insufficient resulting in the needless loss of or brothers and sisters. Whether or not Tpr. Toney's vehicle fire was of similar cause, the manufactures need to improve vehicle safety and have fire suppression standard and not just a powder filled tank cover. God bless Tpr. Toney and all Law Enforcement on the front line.
