San Diego Officer Charged with Felony for Officer-Involved Shooting

At his arraignment yesterday, San Diego officer Frank White pleaded not
guilty to one felony count of grossly negligent discharge of a firearm
and one misdemeanor count of exhibiting a firearm. The first charge
carries two enhancements for causing great bodily injury to Silva and
her son. He faces up to nine years in prison if convicted.
