An off-duty Orlando police officer was found shot to death in a vehicle earlier this week. Police have ruled the killing an apparent homicide.
An off-duty deputy found Alfred Gordon Sr., an 18-year veteran officer, at about 1 a.m. outside of a Bank of America in west Orange County.
Investigators think Gordon may have been killed by someone who tried to rob him.
The Orange County sheriff has offered a $20,000 reward for any information regarding the case.
