|
The National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center (NLE CTC) has developed free Internet-based software to help fleet administrators select the patrol vehicle that is best suited to their specific needs.
The software, "Auto Bid," calculates rankings of all vehicles that have been tested according to specific user input. The program can be downloaded at www.nlectc.org using the most recent versions of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
Comments on this new package are invited by the National Association of Fleet Administrators at dlefever@nafa.org and by NLECTC at amy.boyles@nist.gov.
