Omnivore Video Capture

Company: Ocean Systems

December 23, 2013

Ocean Systems has included a feature known as Active Audio Sync with version 2.0 of its Omnivore video capture system to help investigators collect and process low-frame-rate video that has associated audio. Users can capture audio from surveillance systems, online videos (from YouTube or Facebook), video from interview rooms, and other recording devices as uncompressed 16-bit stereo data. Video and audio will remain in sync and play back at the proper speed for a low-frame or changing-frame-rate video.
