Rough Rider Max, the new notebook computer platform from Rugged Notebooks, features a 14.1-inch LCD screen upgradeable to a 15-inch TFT XGA LCD screen with standard 128MB ATI video card. For direct sunlight, true transflective outdoor viewable display and touch screen options are available. The magnesium-cased Rough Rider Max integrates the new Intel Core Duo CPU for high performance and wireless portability. The 1.66GHz processor is enhanced with up to 2GB of DDR-2 RAM, a 677 MHz FSB, 80GB Shock Mounted Removable Hard Drive, and CDRW/DVD combo. The main battery provides up to four hours of continuous operation.
