Small Microphone

Company:

November 01, 2001

Television Equipment Associates offers a bone mic headset which positions the microphone on the user’s jaw bone. According to the manufacturer, it has intelligibility comparable to boom microphones, yet conceals in the ear. The generic earmold does not substantially obstruct peripheral hearing and will not interfere with SCBA breathers -- important features for SWAT, Fire or HAZMAT applications.
