Weapons System

Company:

January 01, 2000

FN Herstal announced its 5.7 x 28 mm Weapons System, designed to keep police officers better armed and equipped than today’s criminals. The system includes the compact, smooth-sided P90(r) Submachine Gun, which is fitted with a translucent 50-round magazine and integrated laser sight; the Five-seveN Pistol(r), which features a polymer frame and slide cover, a 20-round magazine and low recoil; and the 5.7 mm SS190 Ball round, which is designed to reduce collateral effects and works in both weapons.
