IACP 2013: Products from the Show Floor

At the IACP show these days there's the conventional stuff that you would expect to see at any law enforcement exposition and there's the stuff that seems to have dropped out of a science fiction movie. And it can be on the same aisle and even side by side; sometimes it can even be in the same booth.

The new Collision Reporting tool from Appriss was developed to help law enforcement agencies determine traffic trouble spots so they can be eliminated or their toll can be mitigated. User Col. Evidence Collection and Storage

To solve crimes and prosecute offenders, you need all of the facts, including what can be gleaned from all related evidence. That may include DNA, bullet casings, computer files, and video. You also might need to keep all of this around for a while in good condition for future trials. This collection of tools will enhance your ability to obtain and secure crime scene evidence.
