Faro Technologies will host its annual 3-D documentation conference for the first time in the U.S. at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Orlando, Fla., from Feb. 21-22.
The conference will feature visionary keynote speakers from many areas of 3-D documentation, delivering their thoughts on the state of the technology. Workshops in a number of tracks will include civil engineering, historic preservation, and forensic investigation.
"This conference brings 3-D professionals together under one roof to share ideas, best practices and techniques," said David Morse, Faro's senior vice president and managing director of the Americas. "Faro is pleased to provide a forum for the best minds in our industry to share their unique insights."
Registration costs $495 and includes a welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches, and a gala dinner. Exhibitors are invited to participate in the 3-D exhibition to be held during the conference.
