The RAM Tough-Hub is equipped with six 5V USB 2.0 ports and an Ethernet connection.

RAM Mounting Systems introduces the RAM Tough-Hub, a rugged USB hub that integrates into a variety of RAM mounting solutions so that it is convenient and accessible.

The hub is equipped with six 5-volt USB 2.0 ports and an Ethernet connection so in-vehicle video can be added without difficulty. This allows the user to achieve a timed delay shut off to the connected peripherals, which is tied to the ignition of the vehicle.

The timed delay keeps the connected peripherals powered and active during short vehicle stops, eliminating errors and connectivity issues. The timed shut off can be pre-set for five, 15 or 45 minutes.

The RAM Tough-Hub is a low-cost solution public safety and other applications.
