Suspect Hurt in Attempted Denver Court Escape

A man charged with attacking a stranger at a bus stop dived through a closed third-floor courtroom window in Denver on Tuesday and was seriously injured when he landed on a metal grate below. Josephus Haynes, 41, was in critical condition at Denver Health Medical Center on Tuesday evening.
